Monongalia County will send 66 delegates to Charleston for the State Convention in June.  Delegates will be split evenly among the three Magisterial Districts in the county.  At the WV State Democratic Convention Democrats will elect delegates to the National Convention.

It's the presidential election year and everyone is talking politics.  Get involved by coming out to the monthly meeting of the Monongalia County Democratic Executive Committee.  We meet at 7 p.m. in courtroom #2 of the Monongalia County Courthouse on the 2nd Monday of every month. All registered Democrats are welcome.  We have an active committee but we need your participation.  Democracy is not a spectator sport !
